❖ Proven roofing or general construction experience.
❖ Working knowledge of various roofing systems.
❖ Familiarity with business ordinances related to roofing.
❖ Ability to lift heavy materials and effectively use powered hand tools.

❖ Inspect roof structures to determine the best course of action.
❖ Provide clients with accurate estimates on labor costs and required materials for roof repairs or installation.
