Requirements:
❖ Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan the layout of plumbing, water supply, and waste disposal systems.
❖ Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes with meticulous attention to existing infrastructure, such as electrical wiring.
❖ Install and maintain water supply systems, addressing issues like leaks promptly.
❖ Locate and repair problems with water supply lines and ensure their proper functioning.
❖ Perform repairs or replacements on drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, and domestic appliances (e.g., washing machines, sinks).
❖ Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems, including air-conditioning units and radiators.
❖ Implement waste disposal and sanitary systems, ensuring the proper functioning of DWV systems.
Preferred Skills :
❖ Proven experience as a skilled plumber.
❖ In-depth understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
❖ Working knowledge of heating, ventilation systems, and appliances.
❖ Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, and plungers.
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❖ Friendly demeanor with a great deal of patience.
❖ Good physical condition and strength, with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
❖ Valid license to practice the plumbing profession.
