❖ Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using materials such as wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics, and composites
❖ Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, and interior/exterior trim using precision tools.
❖ Erect scaffolding and ladders for above-ground structure assembly.
❖ Study blueprints to determine project layout, dimensions, and required materials.
❖ Shape and cut materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
❖ Follow safety rules, regulations, and maintain a clean work environment.
❖ Build and repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures.
❖ Assemble and fasten materials using hand tools and various fastening methods.
❖ Inspect various building elements for damage or defects.
❖ Move materials around the jobsite and cleanup worksite debris.
❖Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
❖ Experience using carpenter’s level, plumb bob, laser levels, and other precision tools.
❖ Ability to work at heights and erect scaffolding.
❖ Knowledge of woodworking machines, hand tools, and power tools.
❖ Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
